Note:

The 44 x 37 mm size is specifically designed for use with the GB202-300-A1 graphics chip in the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. 

The KryoSheet comes with a Kapton insulation sheet. It is essential to adhere this sheet around the chip and onto the surrounding electronic components (SMDs) before installation. It provides electrical insulation and protects the components from potential contact with the electrically conductive KryoSheet.

Multiple use of KryoSheet is not recommended! When disassembling the cooler and handling the KryoSheet after use, micro-cracks may occur in the structure of the graphene pads, which can affect performance.

The graphene thermal sheets of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used excellently as an alternative to thermal pastes from the upper performance segment. Similar to the Carbonaut sheets, they have an adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut sheets, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity as a high-end product. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also due to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet does not contain any liquid components and is therefore not subject to ordinary aging as is the case with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible.

Note on use with High Performance Heatspreaders and Direct-Die coolers

When thermal sheets such as Carbonaut and KryoSheet are used between the CPU die and the HPHS, insufficient mounting pressure may result in reduced heat dissipation. For Direct-Die coolers and the HPHS, the use of liquid metal between the CPU die and the cooler or HPHS is explicitly recommended.
